Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at klavs.mazins@gmail.com with your order number and what you want to return. We will send the next step.

What we can take back

Unused items in the original box. If something arrives broken or wrong, take photos and write to us. We replace it or refund it.

Refunds

Once we get the return, we refund the product price to the same payment method. Shipping is refunded only if we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
