Which cable length should I pick?
Pick a cable longer than the deepest water you fish. 15 m covers most lakes from a boat or the ice. Go 20 m or 30 m for deep lakes or the sea.
Does it work under ice?
Yes. Drill a hole, lower the camera and watch the screen. On very cold days keep the screen in your jacket between drops.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 8 hours on a full charge. A bit less in deep cold. It charges with a Type C cable.
Can I see in dark or murky water?
The 12 infrared LEDs help at night and in low light. Very muddy water limits any camera. Clear or lightly stained water works best.
Is the screen waterproof too?
The camera is IP68. The screen is not. Keep it dry when you can.
